Passive radar buoys for the offshore fishery

Manufactured  both 1" OD and 1.25" extruded aluminum tubing in .125" wall thickness.  Fliers are delivered deployment ready with Ballast, buoys, radar reflectors, SOLAS reflective tape. The design nuances incorporated into our designs are a result of input from the offshore skippers who told us what was necessary in the real world of deep ocean fishing

We have the capacity to set up and pour up to 148 fliers a day and the warehouse space to store them so we can deliver them when you need to go.

The sizes are 10' 13' and 15' in the one inch OD aluminum pipe and the heavy offshore flier at 16' and one and a quarter OD.  All the custom extruded pipe has a heavy eighth inch wall thickness.  Radar reflectors are available in 9" and 12"sizes. The reflective tape is SOLAS grade, not cheap but the right tool for the job, take a look at the lower right flash photo and you will understand.
